Burlington & Co. provided executive transport services for me for a global Investor Relations conference held in Somerset in November, 2012. Having worked with Rob and his team before, I was confident that he could provide the exacting level of service required for this brief.

The brief was to provide return transport 50 investors from Kensington to Somerset, with high-quality, on-board catering services and to promote the brand message to guests while in transit. The journey from London to Somerset is not an easy one using other means of transport, and working with Burlington gave us the optimum logistical solution to this problem. In addition to this, Rob also provided the local, chauffeured ground transfer’s, and additional coaching services to London for investors wishing to return the next day.

Rob and I met in advance of the event at both the departure and arrival locations to ensure that the logistics of the operation ran smoothly and to talk through any potential challenges. Our graphic designers provided the artwork which was applied to the tables in the luxuriously appointed coach to immerse the guests in the brand messaging during their journey, and Rob found the right catering solution for the event.

The communication leading up to and during the event between Rob and myself was first-class: regular, clear and robust, leaving no room for surprises or error. We received universally positive feedback from the investors about the simplicity and ease of the journeys they took which left them refreshed and ready for a full day of meetings when they reached their destination in Somerset.
